FAQ
Common questions
Do I need to be home?
Up to you. If you are home at the end, your cleaner will do a quick walkthrough with you so you can point out anything you would like touched up. If you are out, that is fine too.
Do I need to provide supplies?
Nope, your cleaner brings everything. If you would rather we use your own products (say, for allergies or a favorite floor cleaner), just leave them out.
How do I pay?
We will send payment details with your confirmation. You pay after the clean, once you have had a look.
How do keys, lockboxes and gate codes work?
If you will not be home, you can leave a key, a lockbox code or a garage code. We keep access details private and share them only with the cleaner assigned to your home. Just tell us how you would like to handle it when you book.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Life happens! Cancel or reschedule free with at least 48 hours notice. With less notice, a late-cancel fee applies, since that time slot is hard to fill.
What if I am not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will send someone back to fix the spots that were missed, free. We would much rather hear it than have you quietly unhappy.
