The short version

We collect what we need to quote your home, show up at the right door, and bill you. We don't sell it and we never see your card number. You can reply STOP to our texts any time, and you can ask us to delete everything we have.

1. Who this is about

This covers sycamorehomecleaning.com and the cleaning service behind it.

Sycamore Home Cleaning is a house cleaning business based in Diamond Bar, California. Phone: (909) 323-4142. Email: info@sycamorehomecleaning.com.

2. What we collect

What you hand us

What your visit to the site tells us

That comes through Cloudflare, which hosts the site and provides its basic traffic measurement. There are no advertising trackers on this site.

Payment information

Our payment processor handles cards. They get the number; we get a yes-or-no and the last four digits for the receipt.

We never have your full card number, your CVV, or your bank login — and we couldn't look them up if we tried.

3. Where it comes from

Three places, and that's it: you, your device when you browse the site, and our booking software (BookingKoala), which holds your account, your schedule, and your job history.

We don't buy customer lists and we don't pull data about you from anywhere else.

4. What we use it for

We don't build advertising profiles, and we don't do behavioral targeting. We're a cleaning company.

5. Text messages

When you give us your mobile number and agree to texts, we'll message you about your service — confirmations, reminders, arrival notices, and the occasional update about your account.

6. Who else sees it

Only the people needed to get your house cleaned:

That's the whole list. We do not sell your personal information, rent it, or trade it. If we ever sold the business, customer records would go with it — and we'd tell you before that happened.

7. Cookies and tracking

The site uses only what it needs to load and to count visits. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking pixels, no retargeting.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it. Since we don't sell data, there isn't much for it to switch off — but it's on anyway.

8. How long we keep it

9. How we look after it

Honest caveat: no system is perfect. If something ever goes wrong with your information, we'll tell you what happened and what we're doing about it.

10. Your choices

Any time, just ask:

Email info@sycamorehomecleaning.com or call (909) 323-4142. We'll get back to you within ten business days.

We will never charge you more, clean less carefully, or treat you differently for asking.

If you're in California

California's privacy law (the CCPA) puts formal obligations on larger companies, and a business our size falls below those thresholds. We honor the requests above anyway, because they're the right thing to do. For the record: we have not sold or shared personal information for advertising in the past twelve months, and we don't intend to.

11. Kids

This site and this service are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think we have, email us and we'll delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We'll update this page when things change, and the date at the top will move. If we change something that actually affects you, we'll tell current customers by email or text first.
